Volunteer Opportunities

Join Our Volunteer Team at Independence Health System

When you volunteer at Independence Health System (IHS), you become part of a unique group of individuals motivated by various reasons but together, working toward one goal ― improving the health and well-being of every life touched. And the opportunities to volunteer are as varied as the people seeking to help. From preparing mailings, packaging medical charts, making the initial connection with visitors at the front desk, staffing the surgical waiting areas, or any other of the roles available, you contribute toward making IHS a caring place for those who enter our doors.
